Ranger Cut-Cap

A wool cap made from cutting off the brim of a military cocked hat this was popular for Ranger troops in the woods. I make these caps in the 18th century fashion and use quillwork bands to make them decorative and show the influence of the native tribes on these untraditional soldiers.
